Role Overview
Position: Systems Administrator
Location: Century City, Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent tech support, including maintaining, managing, and repairing IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- Work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities.
- Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a similar role.
- MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Network configuration experience.
- User administration: Setup and Maintenance.
- A+/N+ certification.
Advantageous Tech Skills:
- Security tools.
- Office 365.
- Experience with WAN/LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow).
Industry Experience:
- Banking
