Duties & Responsibilities
The role : Systems Administrator, based in Century City, Cape Town.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements :
- Excellent tech support including maintaining, managing, and repairing IT systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities.
- Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.
- 2-3 years in a similar role.
- MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent.
- Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Network configuration.
- User administration: Setup and Maintenance.
- A+/N+ certification.
Advantageous Tech Skills :
- Security tools.
- Office 365.
- Experience with WAN/LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow).
- Banking.
- Telecommunication Services.
