Job Title: Senior Project Professional

Salary: From £40,748 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining the Performance Management Baseline including schedule, budget and resource profile ensuring regular status updates and changes through the correct application of the change control process
- Leading multi-functional teams including those procured through the supply chain to effect efficient project performance and delivery
- Providing leadership and direction to the programme Risk Management team ensuring compliance with programme and functional processes and procedures and liaison with the planning and estimating functions
- Ensuring effective liaison and interface between all levels of the programme team and all identified stakeholders
- The support to the Project Manager for the successful management of complex projects i.e. high value to include managing requirements capture and turning those requirements into detailed designs using Design consultants through to managing the delivery via the Construction contractors
Your skills and experiences:
- Degree in Construction/Project Management or equivalent by experience within construction
- Thorough understanding of project controls, general management and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of contract management (NEC3 or NEC4) with a strong decision-making experience background
- Experience in the coordination of a multi-discipline team
- IOSH or ISSSTS certified would be desirable
