Working with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing crucial support by assisting with various HR related tasks and assisting with day-to-day HR administration.
Compile and prepare reports Conduct employee exit interviews and report on key findings Assist with the recruitment process Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees Maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to social committee events and activities enhancing workplace culture Assist with HSE (Health Safety and Environment) and ensure compliance Assist with employee communication including notices, noticeboards, and newsletters. What we’re looking for:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar field At least 2 years experience as an HR Assistant or related role Strong administrative and interpersonal skills Good understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and Canva Ready to take the next step?
