Job title : Online Sales Support Agent
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Support Agent to join our team in the Contact Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic and email support for any queries related to online sales.
- Provide support to both staff and to customers for online sales transactions.
- Guide customers through the online sales process, including product selection, payment, and delivery options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close salesopportunities.
- Drive online Sales.
