Exceptional SWAROVSKI Sales Consultants represent the company as Brand Ambassadors providing the Ultimate Consumer Experience along with maximizing the overall store sales opportunities and creating a "Crystal World" for all new and existing Swarovski customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You have the ability to develop authentic relationships with the consumer by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience.
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales and Target driven, premium, luxury branded RETAIL environment.
- You have a very Strong Passion for Selling and you are Results Driven.
- You are able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment with a minimum amount of supervision.
- You have strong Visual Merchandising skills.
- You are able to maintain the spirit of ownership by demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- You have the ability to read and interpret documents such as Store Operations and Training Manuals.
- You have strong administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email execution.
- Excellent time management with flexibility where required and availability on weekends and holidays as well as travel between stores if required.
