Working with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing crucial support by assisting with various HR related tasks and assisting with day-to-day HR administration.
- Compile and prepare reports
- Conduct employee exit interviews and report on key findings
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to social committee events and activities enhancing workplace culture
- Assist with HSE (Health Safety and Environment) and ensure compliance
- Assist with employee communication including notices, noticeboards, and newsletters.
What we’re looking for: - Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar field
- At least 2 years experience as an HR Assistant or related role
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and Canva
