Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all administrative functions in the TIQ office.
- Ensure that all admin runs efficiently for providing support to the TIQ network.
- Conduct all work in accordance with the Company’s quality management system, HSE management system, operating procedures, international/national standards and client requirements.
- Provide a friendly and efficient link between the Africa TIQ office and the Africa network.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial).
- Fluent in English and French with good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable learning new software applications.
- Organized, with the ability to independently create organized processes for administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete the tasks assigned.
- Independently create organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentation.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.
- Data processing and visualization into reports on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats.
- Assist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and escalation of overdue actions/audits/complaints/incidents.
- Update SharePoint information for the TIQ network.
- Provide training and support to the network for Group tools.
