Reporting To: Head of Creative & Project Managers
We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Visual Designer to support the creation of visually engaging presentations, documents, and internal creative projects. As TMI embarks on an exciting rebrand, we need a skilled designer to help implement and execute the new brand identity across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. This is a 3-month contract, with the potential for ongoing freelance opportunities based on the evolving needs of the rebrand rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Design: Design high-quality presentations in Google Slides, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and brand consistency.
- Document Design: Create visually engaging internal documents, reports, and marketing collateral.
- Internal Creative Projects: Develop internal branding and design assets, including templates, infographics, and visual elements for various internal communications.
- Social Media Design: Assist in the design of social media graphics and other digital content as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal Operations Team and Head of Creative to translate creative briefs into high-quality visual content.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Template Creation & Maintenance: Maintain and update design templates, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Role Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience with strong layout, typography and typesetting skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
- Proficient in presentation and document design.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps (Slides, Docs, Sheets) including creating master themes and templates.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience in designing for digital, including social media assets and internal communications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your presentation design, document design, and broader graphic design work.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work quickly.
