At IPX, we're focused on digitizing the built environment, capturing the interest of building owners and design professionals globally. The last 30 years of internet progress has largely overlooked the data trapped inside the walls of our homes, offices, schools, and hospitals. We’re working to change that.
Now, we're inviting you to be part of this mission.
As a QAQC Support Specialist, you'll play a fundamental role in the growth and success of our BIMIT Partner Network and the BIMIT Product by providing support to our BIMIT Partners and our QAQC team.
We're seeking candidates who are not only seasoned in project management but also eager to contribute to our ambitious vision.
As part of your role, you will:
- Building and Enhancement: Assist in the development and improvement of our Revit-based modeling systems, tools, and workflows, ensuring the high-quality digitization of buildings.
- Quality Control: Review BIM standards for projects, ensure adherence to IP standards and client requirements, and implement necessary revisions to maintain the integrity of our BIMIT models.
- Order Management: Track and assess the progress of live orders, communicate any potential delays to the QAQC team, and assist partners in delivering high-quality, on-time orders.
- Operational Improvement: Analyze performance data and team feedback to develop and implement support tools, automations, and systems that will reduce submissions, enhance delivery times, and improve overall quality metrics. Identify areas for operational system improvement to streamline production.
- Metrics Assessment: Monitor and evaluate BIMIT Partner metrics, communicating progress or areas of concern to BIMIT teams and IP core teams.
- Training and Development: Share your Revit expertise and knowledge with our partners, playing a key role in their skill development and professional growth.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our BIMIT Partners through periodic check-ins and open, effective communication.

Integrated Projects is committed to offering competitive and fair compensation for a company at our stage, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Integrated Projects has differentiated itself from the market by focusing on sustainable, profitable growth—during a time of uncertainty, easy venture money, and wasteful spending. We’ve been obsessive about building for the long-term, while staying practical and creating value for building owners and design professionals today.
Here’s our basic operating principles:
- Partnerships, not projects : To solve the largest challenges we face with the built environment, it’s going to take an integrated, ‘all hands on deck’ approach. This means fostering a culture of connection, inclusiveness, and ‘dot-connectors’. Don’t be isolationists within an already fragmented industry.
- Show, don’t tell : There’s no shortage of ideas. But communicating how these ideas materialize and develop within a broader ecosystem is hard. Always take bias for showing, demoing, building, and writing—and be impatient keeping ideas to just talk.
- Simple, not simplistic : It’s easy to complicate, it’s hard to simplify .
- Be an owner, not a manager : Managers work for control, owners work for economics and growth. Run projects like you’re an owner.
- Be kind: We’re all just trying to figure this out.
