Job Title: Senior Front of House Manager
Location: Very busy Italian Cafe Restaurant, Nelspruit
Experience Required: 6 or more years in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management.

- Ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation
- Exceptional customer relations skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred.

- Experience with restaurant opening & closing procedures required.

- Stock control
- Complaints handling
