Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing projects according to strict deadlines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate project activities and resources, and monitor progress to ensure goals are achieved. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders, and ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project team meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Minimum Requirements and Experience Matric or equivalent (NQF level 4). PSIRA registered (minimum Grade B). Further Education in Policing/ Investigations. Tertiary Education in project management will be beneficial. 5 years proven experience with client relations and working directly with clients. 3 years of proven managerial experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must have worked in operational teams. Experience working with a departmental budget. Valid Drivers license. Own vehicle.
