Job Requirements: Matic Certificate
Some Car Rental experience is preferred but not essential
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Speed and efficiency on the phone, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a calm and organized manner.
Computer literate
A valid Driver's License
A stable and continuous work history
