We are a dynamic growing quick-service restaurant within the Pizza space. You will need to perform the following:
- Effective management of staff, creating a positive work environment.
- Create a positive customer experience every day, all the time – mitigate customer complaints and or respond with empathy, efficiently and effectively and increase customer loyalty.
- Conduct daily operations procedures, including stock management, opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning, health and hygiene checks, waste management, temperature control, borrowing and lending, and breakage management.
- Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations (working with the Kitchen Supervisor).
- Train and coach staff on customer service standards (waiters), following SOPs and prep times (kitchen and bar).
- Ensure adherence to restaurant standards – conduct monthly store and product evaluations.
- Manage current suppliers to ensure best quality product and accurate and cost effective pricing.
- Manage staff responsible for preparing foodstuffs for central kitchen and stock control thereof.
Location: Rivonia, Gauteng (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work preferred)

- Restaurant General management: 2 years.

Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month.
