Job Description Summary: We are seeking a senior marketing professional with at least 3 years of management experience to lead online lead generation efforts, manage CRM, and analyze data for effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and Allocate Leads: Capture leads on CRM, allocate according to sales manager's report, and ensure proper integration.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads, analyze calls, and provide proactive ways to improve service, while balancing lead nurturing to keep customers interested and loyal.
- Content Creation: Create and amend all copy on communication with clients, including CRM, SMS, and emails, to ensure effective and professional customer interaction.
- Platform Management: Test and report on platform touchpoints, attend to email incoming leads, and keep the conversation going until lead loaded and allocated to CRM.
- Lead Reporting: Build and categorize leads report as per enquiries, status, and quality to strengthen follow-up strategy, including SMS and email campaigns.
