Ensure all infrastructure is serviced and maintained.
Oversee maintenance of all buildings on the farm
Drive an efficient, high-performing maintenance team.
Maintain infrastructure and equipment cost-effectively.
Our client, a Farm outside Paarl, is in need a Facilities manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
Coordinate and supervise external service providers.
Oversee budget management for all maintenance activities.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to guarantee effective delivery of maintenance services.
Lead, manage, and develop the infrastructure and maintenance team.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- A valid driver’s licence
5-7 years’ experience in infrastructure development and maintenance, ideally in an agricultural setting.
Project management experience
Proven team management experience.
Budget management skills.
Well organised
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Strong admin abilities
