PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to drive New and Existing Client Growth within the African market, with a particular focus on Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, and other key regions. The primary objective of this role is to maximize the value of client relationships, ensuring the continuous success and growth of our business. This person will develop and nurture strong, enduring connections with clients, ensuring their active engagement and satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the African market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and seize growth opportunities. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Drive the growth of our clients and potential clients through relationships. Provide ongoing education to clients about new features, updates, and our total solution offerings. Maintain regular communication with clients and monitor their spending to ensure that country targets are met. Address client enquiries and provide timely feedback. Assist clients, with internal support, in closing orders by providing necessary client support and information. Gather market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on market and competitive intelligence. Identify potential new clients and develop strategies for onboarding these potential clients and convert potential clients to active clients. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and supported. Spend specific periods at clients' offices, focusing on training and gaining a deeper understanding of their business needs and how we can partner. Participate with Management in setting up strategies. Develop workplans with key clients. Provide monthly progress reports. Roll out company initiatives. Travel for long periods of time to the different African regions. MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: A bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or equivalent qualifications an advantage. Proven track record in Client relationship management in Southern Africa At least 3 years work experience in Sales in the Southern Africa market particularly in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
