Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and finalising project activities as directed by the Project Manager. Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, and update project plans. Track project milestones and deliverables to keep team members informed and aligned. Help manage resources by assigning tasks to team members and coordinating with suppliers. Monitor orders to optimise productivity and ensure timely delivery. Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports. Support the Project Manager in drafting proposals and other project-related documentation. Manage communication, including emails and phone calls, with clients regarding project progress and updates. Inform clients on project milestones and ensure they are kept up to date. Prepare collection, delivery, and service notes for project-related activities. Assist with the loading and inspection of orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery. Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and communicate risks to stakeholders to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications and Skills: Matric Experience within the corporate furniture would be beneficial Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency in using project management tools and software is an advantage. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
