Overseeing all financial functions, including budgets, forecasts, reporting, and compliance. Managing working capital, foreign exchange transactions, and inventory. Enhancing financial systems, controls, and processes to maintain a sound control environment. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Providing strategic guidance to the Board and CEO. Education: Qualified CA(SA) Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years in a senior financial role, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or output-based industry. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
