Other duties include: Delivering financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Leading accounting operations, including month-end processes and financial reporting. Analyzing cost structures, variances, and recommending improvements. Preparing detailed forecasts for financial statements and cash flows. Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and group governance policies. Driving the working capital and cash management process while liaising with global teams. Overseeing audit processes and year-end reporting requirements. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA designation required. Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multinational financial management role within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAGE, or IFS; OneStream and Power BI proficiency advantageous. Strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative, solution-driven approach.
