Job Description
The Food and Beverage Intern will support the Food and Beverage team in daily operations, learning essential skills in guest service, inventory management, and food safety. This internship offers hands-on experience within the hospitality industry, fostering both technical and interpersonal skills.
Service Excellence
- Assist with guest service in food and beverage outlets, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Support the team with setup, service, and cleanup of events and meal periods.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and preferences professionally and promptly.
Inventory and Stock Management
- Aid in monitoring stock levels and assist in inventory control processes.
- Support in receiving and checking food and beverage deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Assist in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within food preparation and service areas.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with all food safety regulations and company standards.
Administrative Support
- Help prepare reports on stock usage, sales, and feedback as directed.
- Assist in documenting guest feedback and maintaining guest satisfaction records

EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in food service or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry (preferred).
