Minimum 2+ years of C++ experience (show off your skills, elf!)
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and coding
Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing C++ code (who doesnt love smooth-running sleighs)
A passion for building and improving systems that work seamlessly
A team spirit and attention to detail after all, Santas sleigh must be perfect!
