Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Managing the dispatch department.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time to achieve hit rates and monthly sales target.
- Planning and booking of transport for all orders being dispatched daily.
- Planning, coordinating and feedback on loads.
- Generating invoices and completing invoice packs.
- Daily and Month end reports.
- Managing and control stock levels.
- Housekeeping.
- Receiving of finished goods from Production and customer.
- Dispatching all finished goods for Local and International customers.
- Maintaining an attendance register and coordinating overtime.
- Assist with skills development and training teams of employees.
- Manage incidents on duty and ensure all relevant procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- BCom in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics Management.
- Must be from Manufacturing industry.
- Hands on with exposure working with lots of Raw Materials (Chemicals)
- Physically involved with Stock Take
