Job Description
Our client an upmarket restaurant is looking for a Senior Front of House Manager with very good wine knowledge for their large, busy upmarket restaurant.
Managing daily opening and closing procedures.
Responsible for conducting staff briefings.
Delivering a high standard of customer service.
Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Responsible for stock control.
Managing staff duties on the floor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Motivate and develop staff through training and implementing policies.
Ensuring the highest food safety policies in accordance with the Sun International and FCS.
Full admin of cash-ups.
Qualifications
Sommelier qualification will be an advantage
Skills
At least 5 years experience in a similar role within an upmarket establishment. Exceptional service skills. Must have own transport.
