Our client is looking for an energetic and vibrant Project Manager to manage a Private School in Gauteng. You will be required to take overall responsibility for the management of the operation.
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality sector
- 5+ years experience in a similar role as a Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control
- Chef background with good culinary flair
- Ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design
- Foster and maintain healthy client relationships
- Strong administrative and organisationals skills
- Experience in managing small and large functions
- Good knowledge of OHSE requirements
- Experience with managing large number of staff in a team
- Confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling
- Strong leader with excellent work ethic
- Work well under pressure
