Job Description As a Digital Recruitment Consultant, youll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional digital talent for our clients. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth, effective recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to offer negotiation. This role combines sales, consulting, and strategic talent acquisition, perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities - Proactively source and attract digital and tech talent through online channels, social media, and other networking activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, ensuring a diverse pool for each client need.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to advise clients and candidates on relevant job market insights.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements - Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Completed Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
