Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
- Source and engage high-caliber tech professionals (e.g., software developers, data engineers, cybersecurity experts, DevOps specialists).
- Provide market insights, including salary benchmarking and hiring trends, to advise clients.
- Use advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities, to find top candidates.
- Manage multiple roles efficiently, meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Negotiate offers between clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in recruitment, ideally within IT or technology sectors.
- Be a hunter. Generate new business.
- A solid understanding of tech roles, languages, and tools (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Cloud, DevOps).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Business development experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and account management.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or Stack Overflow is a plus.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment
