Our client is seeking an experienced Rewards and Recognition Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will work with a staff complement of approximately 300 employees, ensuring the effective management and implementation of the company’s rewards and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s rewards and recognition strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct salary grading and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Oversee employee wellness initiatives and ensure they are effectively integrated into the broader HR strategy.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure employee engagement and retention through tailored recognition programs.
- Provide expert advice on compensation trends and best practices in rewards management.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on international or sub-Saharan markets.
- In-depth knowledge of salary grading, salary benchmarking, and employee wellness.
- A proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
- This is an office-based role; remote working is not available.
