PPT is seeking a highly flexible and adaptable Business Analyst to provide client support and delivery. As a Business Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analysis and process-related work while offering support on consulting engagements.

As a Business Analyst, the candidate will engage directly with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the business structure, operating model, and business processes while identifying gaps and suggesting opportunities for improvement. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to identify project risks early, propose solutions, and interact with clients across the project life-cycle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
- Support the lead consultant with the translation of business requirements into solutions.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Assist with project governance-related activities, according to the PPT governance framework
- Work closely with stakeholders to stay aligned with core business requirements and adjust the project approach as needed.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements – verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a core resource to support their internal teams.
- IT implementation experience (preferred but not essential)
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Experience Required: - 6+ years of project management experience, building technology solutions in a variety of different styles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) through the software development lifecycle
- Experience in managing teams of developers and designers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years’ work experience
- Experience forecasting and managing project budgets
- General technology-related experience in project delivery
