Establishing project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and objectives

Developing and implementing project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach, to guide big Vision Care IT transformation projects execution and delivery

Defining standardized project management templates, tools, and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency across projects

Managing business demands and implementing a governance process to take the right portfolio decisions, enable prioritization and ensure IT delivery

Establishing quality standards and processes to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and organizational requirements

Generating project status reports, dashboards, and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and milestones

Monitoring and evaluating project performance against established metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed

Preparing, leading and follow-up processing of IT project update calls and governance meetings with several stakeholders from Business and IT

Continuously assessing and improving project management practices, processes, and methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices.

3-5 years relevant professional experience
-
Graduated in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent

Strong process management, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language

Proficient in agile Project Management Tools (JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps, ...)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, agile project management tools and other relevant software
-
High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
