(Senior) Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/f/x)
The Position:
This role as a Total Rewards expert provides support and analytical expertise on compensation management and related programs and processes, making an important contribution to attracting, retaining and motivating talent for the company. The role is responsible for the management, optimization and development of compensation processes that meet business needs.
- Support, administration and optimization of the Compensation & Benefit programs and processes, especially for the Europe/Canada region
- Implementation of the region-wide annual compensation processes (One DS People Performance, Merit Increase, Job Grading, Benchmarking)
- Collaboration in national and Europe-wide and possibly global projects in the areas of total rewards, performance management and HRIT systems (SAP SuccessFactors) with regards to compensation management
- Support for related HR processes/systems (e.g. payroll)
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, IT)
- Support and representation in the area of benefits
- Proactive and solution-oriented consulting and e2e support for our HR Business Partners and HR Specialists in all questions of compensation management and beyond
- Close cooperation with external providers (provider management)
- Trustful cooperation with our HR community in Europe and the works council in Germany
- Successfully completed studies in economics, natural sciences or psychology (ideally Master's degree) or comparable
- Two to five years of professional experience in a business, consulting or auditing company
- Expert knowledge in (at least) one of the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, Rewards
- In-depth relevant knowledge of labor, tax, social security and works constitution law
- Good communication skills paired with an absolute service and hands-on mentality
- Very good analytical skills as well as affinity for numbers and data
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors advantageous
