Role Summary: Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, the individual will lead and manage the South African sales team . You will drive business growth by leveraging insights and managing both existing and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team.
- Implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Manage business plans, sales budgets, and customer relationships.
- Growing client base.
- Collaborate on marketing, education, and CRM initiatives.
- Travel across South Africa (70%) and occasionally to other African countries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in sales leadership.
- EXPERIENCE IN PROFESSIONAL SKINCARE (MANAGEMENT LEVEL) ESSENTIAL
- Strong financial and sales team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
This position would be a hybrid setup - but requires being available to come through to the head office in KZN when needed.
