Key Responsibilities: - Manage global tax provision calculations, reconciliations, deferred tax, and journal entries.
- Drive tax strategies to maintain an effective group tax rate; prepare forecasts, budgets, and cash projections.
- Prepare consolidated tax notes and collaborate with financial managers across segments.
- Oversee tax-related audits, maintain compliance, and manage relationships with tax auditors.
- Research tax implications, advise on regulatory changes, and optimize tax positions, including WHT and transactional taxes.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Tax; CA(SA) or equivalent preferred.
- 8-10 years of tax experience, with strengths in tax compliance, audits, and team leadership.
- Expertise in financial analysis, tax forecasting, and transfer pricing principles.
