Job Description: - Oversee cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, and manage short-term and long-term financing plans and banking relationships.
- Manage financial systems, ensure timely monthly and yearly closings, and coordinate accounting procedures, tax filings, and audits to ensure compliance.
- Monitor costs, perform cost analysis, and forecast with product teams to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare management accounts, develop regular financial reports, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, analyze revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Lead corporate processes such as BoD resolutions and financial approvals.
- Oversee IT with service providers to ensure data protection and efficient software use.
- Manage team recruitment, training, performance, and work to streamline the team structure and improve efficiency,
