Purpose: To oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, analyzing stock levels, and implementing measures to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Key Performance Areas:
Main responsibilities to manage the store effectively in sales achievements and quality with store operational compliances; include but arent limited to:
- Overseeing Logistics: Coordinate, Organize, and Manage all logistics involved in the overall Companys stock inventory process. To ensure that the stock level is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
- Sourcing and Procurement: To work with stock Team, stores management and coordination by placing of orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Tracking Goods: Utilizing software tools, to efficiently track movement of goods. Responsible for forecasting companys future stock needs. Manage and process customer returns and delivery process, including warranty claims
- Data Analytics: Conduct regular stock level counts for inventory and measure against financial budgeting. Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
- Database monitoring: Reconcile and maintain stock control processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior Certificate and Tertiary Qualification (at least N. Dip.) in either supply chain/inventory management related field, with experience in Tele-sales, proven records within Supply chain and inventory management experience
- Must have at least 3-4 years experience tele-sales industry
- Demonstrate and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing.
- Analytical, Project and Time management skills
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of computer literacy
