In this Financial Accountant position, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing essential financial functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting : Preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
- Month-End and Year-End Close : Ensuring smooth closing processes and compliance with reporting standards.
- Internal Audits : Conducting audits to assess compliance and accuracy.
- Risk Analysis : Identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Financial Record Keeping : Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.
While people management experience is not required, you will oversee and provide guidance to two bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work
