Job Experience & Skills Required: - 3 to 5 years of post-articles experience, ideally within life insurance or financial services
- Proven experience in people management with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Strong expertise in tax compliance and tax strategy specific to the insurance industry
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and manage the financial control function
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Manage tax compliance processes and provide expertise in insurance-related tax matters
