RESPONSIBILITIES
Mechanical Engineer position held in a Private SA Firm for a minimum of 5 years.
- Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & Construction project HVAC.
- Professional Mechanical Engineer for a new small to medium multidisciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio.
- All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion & handover.
- Multi-discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.
- Planning and management of in-house contract documentation.
- HVAC system rational, design, coordination & certification.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Valid ECSA Registration PR Mech Eng NQF Level 7-8
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering position in a private SA firm.
SKILLS
- Multi-disciplinary team collaboration & coordination.
- Practical Industry knowledge, experience, and mentorship abilities.
- HVAC Contract Administration.
- Strong NBR/SANS application.
- High competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins.
