Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a talented multimedia and UI designer to join our CX design team. You will be part of a design team that compromises UX designers, digital designers and UI designers, as well as designers who code. To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch multimedia designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high quality animated content that engages website viewers and CRM readers.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with CX strategists, content leads and webmasters.
- Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to website and CRM specifications.
- Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
- Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
- Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
- Recording, editing, and encoding audio files for podcasts.
- Demonstrated oral communication skills to ask thoughtful questions and share ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills to solicit and handle feedback and collaborate with other members of the design team.
- Time management skills to reach project milestones according to schedule.
- Understanding of key design concepts, such as aesthetics and proportion.
- Creative thinking skills to bring abstract concepts to life.
- Extensive knowledge in the use of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects and other software used for design, animating, film editing and sound editing.
- Research skills to stay abreast of changes in the design industry and uncover information needed to complete specific projects.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, After Effects, Photoshop.
