A global entertainment and production company based in East London is looking for a Learning and Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of one of the most popular bands in the world, renowned for selling out arenas and providing an unforgettable experience that creates memories for a lifetime!
As the L&D Manager, you will focus on developing the LMS system, ensuring that it is engaging for employees and informative so that everybody is working to the relevant company policy. You will also have responsibilities around onboarding and induction, working closely with the recruitment manager to enable new employees to have a smooth transition into the business.
The long-term goal will be to develop an internal development programme to aid the progression of employees, as well as working on external projects within the local community to encourage engagement and provide opportunities for those from a disadvantaged background.
The salary is paying up to £70,000.
