New Vehicle Sales Executive
Fast growing brand is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Executive for Bakkies and Trucks, to join their team in Polokwane.
Duties include:
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building :
- Greeting customers and understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Building rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in the dealership.
- Product Presentation and Demonstrations :
- Providing detailed information about new vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features to potential buyers.
- Sales Process Management :
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Negotiating sales terms, pricing, and financing options to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Handling paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, including purchase agreements and financing contracts.
- Customer Service and Follow-up :
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research and Product Knowledge :
- Staying updated on new vehicle models, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the dealership's new vehicle inventory, including available options and packages.
- Continuously learning about new technologies and features to better serve customers and enhance sales opportunities.
