Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with your line managers to explore findings and ideas.
- Remain informed with business developments and monitor trends.
- Enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
- Create content where needed.
- Implement necessary aspects from the store packs and brand manuals.
- Implement the content plan and ensure posts go out.
Feedback and Task Management
- Follow up on and provide feedback on tasks.
- Receive, review, and get approval on all work assigned to you.
- Time logging on Cliq and NIFTY.
- Complete all tasks delegated by your line manager and CMO.
- Meet deadlines on delegated tasks.
- Project management tasks briefed into the department.
Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers/franchisees.
- Follow up on deadlines with suppliers/franchisees.
- Communicate changes to deadlines with suppliers/franchisees.
- Ensure quality of produce from suppliers is up to standard.
- Implement and finalize store packs for new stores.
- Manage and execute communication to zees.
General Product Understanding
- Understand what products and services are sold for each brand.
- Proofread manuals.
Effective Teamwork and Self-Management
- Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables.
- Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from the CMO.
- Act as part of the team and assist other members to achieve common goals.
- Always assist where needed.
- Consistently live and exemplify the Company values.

- Critical thinking.
Requirements
- Bcom Honors Degree in Marketing.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Adobe, Google Workspace, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
