What you'll need to suceed:
- University degree in Business Administration with HR major or comparable
- Almost five years of strategic business partnering in all major HR areas along the cycle
- Exposure to an international environment and/or manufacturing is of benefit
- Experience in the cooperation with unions and workscouncils
- Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations, Industry norms
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally People Soft, Success Factors, Taleo
- German language and English business fluent
- Passion for People topics

- Drive for high quality results and continuous improvement
