Project Coordinator 3-Month Temporary Role Construction Industry Central London

This construction organisation in London is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 3-month temporary role and is available for candidates who can start on an immediate basis. The role is Monday-Friday, initially 5 days in the office, with the potential for some WFH flexibility dependent on performance.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager and situated within the Development team, this role is responsible for the support and coordination of the project and driving forward outcomes. The duties of the role will include:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, following up on actions and outcomes
- Handling project administration and coordination duties to push the projects forward
- Putting together contracts and ensuring all information is accurate
- Working and meeting with consultants/engineers to get updates on progress and status
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Proven experience in a Project Coordination position.
- Knowledge or previous experience in the Construction industry is highly advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in multiple types of software with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Highly organised individual with a driven, tenacious attitude.
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
