Your key functions will include the following as relates to R etail and Residential projects:
- Analyse development opportunities
- Project feasibilities and budget
- Town planning negotiations
- Present reports
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification - in the building discipline
Skills
- Min 5 yrs experience on building projects in a development capacity
- MS Project
