Financial Administrator/Creditors Clerk
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial administration tasks and managing creditors effectively and be resident in the Stellenbosch/Helderberg region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile creditors' accounts on BuildSmart or Xero or QuickBooks
- Prepare payments and perform creditor reconciliations
- Handle queries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting
The successful candidate should have a Matric (preferably with Accounting as a subject) and 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a construction or engineering environment.
Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial processes are essential for this role.
