Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead (m/f/d)
The primary role of the Global IBP Lead (m/f/d) is to lead the execution and continuous improvement of the IBP process while owning, designing, and consistently improving the process across all units globally. Your main responsibilities include:

- Lead all relevant stakeholders through the change journey to achieve best-in-class process maturity.
- Collaborate with the owners of all feeder processes (Product Lifecycle Management, Demand Planning, Master Planning, Sales & Operations (S&OE), Financial Planning, Strategy Execution, etc.) to improve the quality and relevance of all data sets fed into the IBP process.
- Define the agenda and flow of all reviews to position IBP as a strategy deployment process, strongly supported by the relevant feeder processes.
- Maintain close collaboration with all relevant business leaders, leveraging the IBP process to achieve best-in-class cross-functional integration and support the achievement of defined strategic goals.
- Communicate the set of assumptions, numbers, escalations, and key outcomes from each IBP review to the rest of the process and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of templates for each step of the IBP process and its execution, and translate cross-industry best practices into implementable and meaningful templates for the organization.
- Act as the organization’s thought leader in the domain of IBP, staying abreast of the latest cross-industry best practices, and connecting with relevant external thought leaders.
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of leadership experience within global, matrixed organizations.
- Proven expertise in leading change initiatives across diverse cultural environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build IBP/S&OP processes in a complex low-maturity environment.
- In-depth experience with IBP, demand planning, process design and implementation, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Significant experience interacting with and influencing senior management.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Japanese being a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
