As Global Lead Compensation & Benefits (f/m/d) you will be part of our Group HR Function. You will support the design & deployment of the compensation & benefits strategy in Bauer Media Group and work closely with colleagues from all Bauer countries such as Germany, UK or Poland just to name some of the 14 Bauer locations.
The position is located in Hamburg, with the possibility for hybrid work.
- Conception and further development of the global compensation strategy
- Ensuring the corresponding compensation and benefit structures for different countries accordingly
- Further Development of competitive, benchmark-based compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
- Responsibility for the global annual remuneration round (bonus and base salary)
- Further Development of compensation processes and tools, as well as identifying and realizing digitalization potentials
- Carrying out benchmark analyses, deriving trends on the market and issuing recommendations for action
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance in determining, analysing and evaluating the personnel cost budget, as well as the budget for salary increase
- Built, lead and manage a team of three Total Rewards Manager
- You have a completed business degree and minimum seven years of professional experience in the area of compensation and benefits in an international matrix organisation
- You are familiar with the conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures in a company of similar size
- You have already successfully implemented (international) projects and have strong Stakeholder management skills
- Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level is a must
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoints skills, and solid experience with SAP / SuccessFactors
- Mandatory requirement of high level of discretion and to keep certain information confidential
- Very process driven and data oriented, analytical working style with strategic and critical thinking
