Komatsu South Africa is seeking a HR Analytics Specialist with at least 5 years analytics and reporting experience to join their HR team at Head Office. This position will be responsible for human resource related data reporting across all HR functions of KAfH Group to facilitate leadership decision making. The responsibilities includes maintaining organisation structures, jobs, positions and other generic master data, monitoring the data integrity of SAP/SF systems and extracting, analysing & manipulating data for HR reporting purposes.
Minimum Requirements:
- B. Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology or a certificate/diploma in Data Analytics/Statistics or extensive work experience in a similiar role.
- Advantageous: Statistics related qualifications in the Industry or a recognized SAP training provider
- Minimum 5 years data analytics and reporting experience preferably within the human resources discipline.
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and advanced level MS Office (specifically MS Excel).
- Experience in predictive analytics.

- Understands the interfaces & integration between systems at a high level
- Executes data integrity monitoring of HR Master Data Setting up Standard Operating procedures for the monitoring of data integrity
- Monitoring correctness of organisation structure, jobs, generic master data and incumbent data
- Checking that correct users are accessing data within user rights
- Arranging with ICT for updates/changes according to procedure
- Participates in HR systems projects
- Conducting end-user testing and monitoring impact of changes on data
- Designs & executes HR data extraction, analysis, interpretation & reporting
- Extracting standard HR management reports as specified by manager
- Receiving business requirements & designing new reports
- Designing summaries & dashboards (graphical representation of data)
- Maintains resource planning data in the system
