Job Title: SAP HCM ESS Consultant

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their SAP HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS) requirements
- Design and implement SAP HCM ESS solutions tailored to meet client needs
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM ESS functionalities
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate SAP HCM ESS with other HR systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security best practises
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for SAP HCM ESS implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in SAP HCM modules
- Experience working in the public sector
Working Conditions:
- This is a contract position based in Johannesburg, South Africa
- Full-time hours are expected, with occasional overtime may be required
- Travel to client sites may be necessary
